Credit ratings outlook revised to positive
Moody’s revised from stable to positive the outlook on Banque Stellantis France's credit ratings
CREDIPAR, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Banque Stellantis France Group offering financing solutions to customers of all STELLANTIS brands, announces the issuance of ABS notes backed by a portfolio of auto lease contracts with a purchase option, including residual values.
On 28 October 2026, CREDIPAR finalised the placement with qualified investors of €450 million (€473.7 million including CREDIPAR’s economic retention) in Senior Notes rated AAA(sf) / AAA(sf) / AAASF by Morningstar DBRS, S&P and Scope, respectively.
The Notes were issued by the French fonds commun de titrisation Auto ABS French Leases 2026, represented by France Titrisation, and are listed on Euronext Paris. They will amortise sequentially after a 12-month revolving period. The Senior Notes will bear interest at a floating rate of 1M Euribor + 70 bps and have an expected weighted average life (WAL) of 2.53 years.
This is CREDIPAR’s sixth public securitisation transaction since the establishment in February 2015 of the cooperation between Stellantis Financial Services Europe and Openbank S.A. (formerly Santander Consumer Finance) in France. It is also CREDIPAR’s fifth consecutive public transaction to qualify as STS.
This new transaction, securitising more than 31,700 auto lease contracts representing an outstanding balance of €603 million, of which approximately 20% finance fully electric vehicles, will allow CREDIPAR to continue offering attractive financing solutions.
